How do I cancel my order?

To cancel or change any order placed on www.7Diamonds.com; please email us at customerservice@7Diamonds.com or contact our call center at (877)577-1963. You may change or cancel your order; prior to receiving your tracking information email.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your 7DIAMONDS order; simply log into your account and visit the order history section within your account. Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email, tracking information once available and estimated delivery date. 

*Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for your tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.

Does 7DIAMONDS charge sales tax?

In compliance with individual jurisdictions and tax regulations; sales tax is automatically applied to your order, whenever applicable.  

Will my shirt fit? How do you think about sizes?

We have product specific size guides on all of our product pages. Since different fabrics are used in different categories; we felt a generic size guide would not achieve the desired results.
